Padraigs teenage years were ones of discovery. A discovery of an interest in learning how to play guitar an interest he kept up.Discovery of grunge and rock music.It was 1992,Padraig was 13 and a band called Nirvana erupted onto the scene.Padraig fell in love with this band and this type of music.He grew his hair long and learned rock songs on the guitar. Growing into a teenager also prompted an interest in cars and motorbikes and he was lucky enough to have both.An old beater of a car that dad provided taught Padraig and Eileen to drive around the fields, and then a motorbike each to provide further fun.Padrig was very proud of the fact, that at 20 years old, having taken only one driving lesson, he passed his driving test first time.Around this time Padraig changed the spelling of his name to Pauric.He must of thought it was cooler!
